Onboarding: All customers receive complimentary onboarding and setup.
Scope: Pricing is all-inclusive for a managed service, which includes Maya application, LLM costs and strategic human oversight by our team of growth marketing and engineering experts.
Billing Cycle: Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month—or upon the conclusion of a trial period—for the upcoming period's estimated Ad Spend. Payment is due upon receipt. Billing for partial months is prorated.
Monthly Adjustments: Each subsequent invoice will include a reconciliation adjustment based on the previous month's actual spend, alongside the estimate for the new month.
