Onboarding: All customers receive complimentary onboarding and setup.
Scope: Pricing is for a managed service, which includes both the Maya AI application and strategic human oversight by our team of growth marketing and engineering experts.
Billing Cycle: Invoices are issued on the 1st of each month for the upcoming month's estimated fees, based on estimated ad spend. Payment is due upon receipt.
Monthly Adjustments: Each subsequent invoice will include a reconciliation adjustment based on the previous month's actual spend, alongside the estimate for the new month.
